Title: Diawa Seagate 35 bushing?
Post by: cfood22 on August 29, 2018, 03:55:28 PM
We have converted many of our rental reels (250-300) to Seagate 35's. Use from 2.5 ball salmon trolling to live bait drifting. Our maintenance issues always center around protecting/maintaining the bearings. I'm curious if there is a bushing match, Diawa or other manf,  that could be swapped out with a reasonable amount of effort cost?  Andy

Yes that should be pretty easy. Just measure the bearing ID X OD X width and do a internet search for that sized bushing. These measurements should be in millimeters.

I did the reverse for a Diawa SL 30 SH and replaced the bushing with a bearing.
