Title: Quantum Cabo 80PTS
Post by: gs535 on August 26, 2011, 12:42:33 PM
I just bought a used Cabo 80 spinner and broke it down and cleaned then greased it.  I noticed that the anti-reverse clutch assembly was dry.  I'm not used to the magnetic type of anti-reverse.  Should this area be lubed with oil (corrosion X) or left dry?  Also, should I do anything to the ceramic drag washers?  Grease them?  Eventually I will upgrade them.  Besides the anti-reverse is a very simple reel inside and was easy to service.  Thanks in advance.
