Title: Channel Islands 7/22
Post by: sciaenops on July 24, 2020, 12:35:04 AM
Our charter group finally made it out to fish the CI on Wed Jul 22.  Our originally scheduled date was Apr 16 (obviously postponed), then our June trip was canceled day of (equipment issue).

So we were chomping at the bit, and to our delight, so were the c-bass and halibut.  Steady action all am and all the fresh meat we could want.  After blowing pretty good for 2 days prior, we had calm seas and mild weather to boot.

Didn't fish my ProGears, but hopefully will be able to test em out on some tuna next week on the AA.

Keith
