I need help identifying a 113H Special I picked up. Looking at Mystic, a 113H w/ clicker is a newer (1996) reel. Mine has a clicker however it also has external accessible drags which are on older reels. Also, the schematic for external drags show a collar and felt washer on top of the stack. Mine has a solid collar that is flat with no place for a felt washer to sit. I'm confused. What am I missing? Joe
