Just confirmed this a couple days ago on the Sustain FG, been trying to activate my account to reply since.
It is 0.89mm, the second-smallest hex size known to man (OK, known to me).  This size is available in both drivers and hex keys, but you may have to special order like I did.  The spring steel wire is such small gauge, even my PB Swiss key came bent from the manufacturing process.  Can't help but feel this is somewhat of a shibboleth from Shimano to discourage amateur technicians from getting deeper into the reels.
