Brings back fond memories of Hawaiian YFT Tune from the Spot Market in Gardena California, Oh did we pay thru the nose for it. Sitting watching Golf or Rod Laver playing tennis on a Sunday with my father in law. Boy we ate a lot of that, the picture is just my stile.

A cheap one.  I picked up the cheapest sushi knife I could find at Don Quixote, a local Japanese discount store.  I am sure you could find a suitable knife on eBay.

not a problem John, thats good one, Im a cheap person, always looking for bargains ;D ;D
it looks good on the pics and it would look on the table when relatives come for a fish dinner
