Title: Shrimp Flies
Post by: Bryan Young on September 10, 2014, 06:44:45 AM
An acquaintance of mine is making similar flies to mimic opae (grass seawead shrimp that grows in salty brackish water) in Hawaii and have been killing a lot of fish from surface jigging behind a floater to deep water jigging.  I've found this on how to make it if you are interested.  After I give it a try, I'm sure I'll probably just buy it.  lol

Those look sweet.  I'll bet they would work on many different species.  I don't get nearly as precise with my saltwater flies.

Those look like great bait rigs.  Thanks for sharing that video.

I think that I'll give it a try some time.  Once I begin, It'll probably take me a week to get the materials together!
