Title: What's a good price for a NIB Daiwa Silver Series?
Post by: Wolfram M on April 28, 2022, 12:09:25 AM
I am hunting a 1000x or a D1000, preferably the 1000x. They don't come up very often online and I have only found A-100RL or 100x reels locally, so far.

What is a reasonable price for a NIB reel? I badly overpaid for the 70XX I just got the other day, and have learned my lesson.

generally, Gold & Silver in most demand is really big & really tiny
9000, 7000 and smaller than 1000/100/10-size
1000 is kinda' cusp & midsize is best range for deals -- keep eye out for 1300/130

I'm looking at 30$ to 50$, going from used-clean to NIB. Is this reasonable?
