Can't find a tutorial of the 4500SS with all parts spread out, but Shark Hunter is showing enough on his  for you to get an idea.
Here are a couple of more, some of these are larger and some smaller. They're pretty much the same.

This is one of the bearings I took out of the 4500ss...I assume this is a pressed in shield type? So if it's opened, the shield cannot be put back in correct?

I am no expert, but it looks like right over the "O" in Singapore, there might be a removable ring to remove the shield.
That bearing is definitely not original.
If you can't fish hook that ring out, you are either going to have to leave it as it is, remove the shield with a sharp object, or just replace it with an original bearing.

Actually,it has multiple tiny openings..but I would like to know how you know it's not an original bearing..is it because it's an Asian made bearing?

Yes,
All the ss series I have serviced, usually have no designation on the bearing other than a few numbers or letters.
Also, never seen a press fit shield in an ss spinner, which I believe is what you have upon closer inspection.

They are normally like this.

Thanks,,another piece of good info. I serviced it,,but I am unhappy with the sound it makes. I can't figure why it sounded better before I serviced it. It's frustrating, not the first time it's happened to me.

Practice makes perfect.
If it is worse after the service, you need to do it again.
The ss series are a very nice reel that needs proper attention.
I can't say One I've serviced was worse afterwards.
If you want to send it to me. I can look at it.

I don't understand how it can be worse...I mean it wasn't a complicated reel,it got degreased and relubed with yamalube..I probably didn't put it back together in easiest way,,the order in which these spinners should be put back together always trips me up. That being said..the anti reverse is working,Bail,drag,etc...so frustrating. I took video to allow you to hear the sound, but I am having issu getting it to post on the forum. I will shorten the video and try again tomorrow.
Appreciate the offer, but I don't want to spend money on someone else's reel..shipping isn't cheap anymore. It just sounds like the gears aren't meshing properly, not grinding, but a whining,, hard to explain.
