Post by: Jayce on January 24, 2012, 03:43:26 AM
Need help guys.

Im planning to DIY a temporary Pawl Post found in Calcutta TE 101 Reels to my conquest
while waiting for the part.
Im concerned about the screw that im planning to use will damage the threads on the frame.

Any ideas on size, type etc etc data on the threads ?

Jayce the threads will be metric in size i'm not sure of the thread count ,i get spare screws out of old computer hard drives and electronics, you work at seagate international i'm sure they must have some the right size just be carefull when trying a screw don't force it

Hi Kenny,

Yup was thinking the same way  ;D.
Will try a couple it works.  One of my concerns that it might damage the frame or it will fall out during a fight dont want that to happen  :o

Jayce if you are worried about that just use some threadlocker blue it will prevent the screws from falling out
