Does anyone know the thread size for the old Mitchell 306's?

No, but Fred Oakes probably has ten pounds of those handles.

iThanks. I don't need a new handle, I need to chase the thread's where the handle screw's on that is why I need the thread size.

I'm thinking you'd be better off buying a new main gear. That tap should be reverse thread.
