Full disassemble --

Clean the painted parts (frame, sideplate, rotor, badge, and crank bearing housing -- in a mixture of 50/50 Simple Green and water for 8 minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner.

Allow to dry thoroughly.

Lightly prep any paint issue areas with Emory cloth tape.

Rinse off residue and dust.

Allow to dry thoroughly again.

Tape off the areas of the parts that would not benefit from paint.

Spray paint with flat black wrinkle paint.  Light mist coats, no dripping.

Allow to set for 10 minutes.

Let it oven cure for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.

Thats it...

Best,

Fred
