Alan, I just received 3 flashers from Ted Wong for our Alaska trip this July. Excellent quality. Really too nice to fish with.

They are great flashers, I've been using them for Salmon for a few years, just keep the swivels clean and loose. If they corrode and freeze up the action on this flashers is so extreme they will tie your line in knots.
Man I havn't fished flashers since I was salmon trolling the great lakes as a youngin' in the 70s!
Design has come a long way.
I was considering a flasher inspired contraption as my marlin teaser on flat days when slow trolling live bait.
Or using them to build an underwater fish attracting device when on 'the drift' to hold Mahi or Ono.
