Title: Shimano Triton Trolling TTS-50

Does anyone know you can still get drag washers for this reel, or preferably if carbon fiber washers are available? Perhaps washers from a different model will fit?.

Dawn at Smoooth Drag lists carbon fiber washers for the Beastmaster 30/50 and the 50/80... so you might call her with the dimensions of your current washer. And you could try Glen Paraman @ Reel Connection in San Diego. Not sure if it is current, but try  619-628-8187, nice guy too. He knows the old Shimanos and might have another source.
Maybe Alan has a secret stash?

this is the single speed reel, right?

you'll have to get a 3x3 inch square (but measure your drag washer first) of a sheet of carbon fiber material, either from http://smoothdrag.com/ or http://www.ballard.com/files/pdf/Spec_Sheets/Carbon_Drag_Washer_Material.pdf    don't forget to get the right thickness.  alan

They only came in single speed, Alan (this was the model before the Beastmaster). It would be handy if I could order a washer rather than cutting my own. I might check with Shimano Australia. The TLD 50 is still being made so perhaps the washer from this model will fit (or another in the range).

Not at the moment. I'll have to pull the reel apart and unfortunately a couple of screws are stuck.
