I have a new Penn fathom 30 lefthand lever drag. Was wanting to change out the football handle for the gold Penn Slammer knob. Has anyone ever made this conversion? Is it possible? If possible where would I buy the knob?

unfortunately, you can't just swap out the grips. here is an aftermarket one, but you will have to drill. http://smoothdrag.com/handles.html
there are a bunch on ebay. you will have to do some drilling.
