Title: Size / thread of ProGear side plate screw
Post by: Rancanfish on December 04, 2016, 08:28:01 PM
Anybody know the thread size of this screw?  From 541 reel.  I went to OSH and put the screw in the sizer device and thought it was 6-32. Got back home and they are too big.  Maybe metric?  No guesses please, I did that already.  ;D

Might be 5-40.
Check with one of the screws from my kit Randy. If it fits, I can send you either slotted or hex drive screws.

Well, I'll be darned.  I went to my original Cortez squidder and pulled one from the clicker side plate and bingo!

I put it right back...no ProGear gets my Cortez parts.....just saying.   8) 8)

That would be great Tom.  PayPal me for them, and add a Baja bridge.  After all even Santa doesn't know I want one.

Thanks. Just regular slotted will work.
