Is there a video or detailed photos of how I get the fourth drag washer (the one under the bail) out and replaced? I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to this last drag washer!!!!????
do you mean under the spool? anywasy i don't have any experience with this particular reel but looking at the schematics 1st fully remove the drag knob #12387 and then remove spool assembly #12475 by gently pulling on it. if successfull you should be able to see the 4th drag washer. if not i'm sorry can't help anymore... :-[ :(

How long has the reel been used? It may just be stuck.
