Title: ryoga side plate problem

can anyone help with this one.  i've never had one of these apart before.  i'm wondering if the ring just screws on.....

i think it was screwed.  the guy figured it out, but hasn't told me how yet.   :-\

There is a wire lock around the edge of magnetic parts.
Inside the chasing was a track like form (3 track)
This wire have to place under track no.2, and turn to push until all fit.

It is the same as the luna 300 in design. They use a wire that is fed through a slot in the cover when the two pieces are togeather it keeps them from coming apart. Then the assembly just screws on.
