In any case, anchors aweigh... see you next week! :D

You can pack a hand line... just in case.
Have a great weak Aiala!
Steve
have a great trip.
Aiala --
The food is generally stellar -- you can count on adding a couple of pounds.
Don't worry -- enjoy the cruise -- the excerise can start when you return.
Best,
Fred
Bon-voy-age ;D Have a nice trip.
Joe
I bet that boat carries a lot of ice and has a huge fish box! :D
Have fun Aiala! ;)
Have fun! :)

Aiala, have a great time...be safe.
Sal
Have a great time! I've been on lots of cruises, they all have nice gyms so you can work it off before relaxing in the thermal suite. Are you going out of San Diego, LA, or flying somewhere to catch the cruise?

Steve
lol Sal, awesome :D!
Thanks, everyone! At least on this trip I won't be pinned to the rail being beaten up by a tuna... ::)

Mark, we leave from San Pedro.
Nice graphics, Sal! ;) And y'know, I bet it'd be possible to troll a Marauder off the stern of that behemoth...
IF you had Mr. Shark's Godfather loaded with a mile of line! ;D
~
A~
The Godfather is only packing a half mile of 200lb. ;)
Enjoy yourself Aiala. (http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Transports/captain-024.gif)

Sweet! My first cruise was a Royal Caribbean 3 day out of San Pedro just to see if I liked cruises... And I did! I've also gone out of Long Beach, San Diego, Seattle, Vancouver, Galveston, Tampa, Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York, Montreal, Athens and Singapore. Since then my cruises have been on the Pacific Voyager, SoA and the Excel plus some of the overnight boats.
Have a blast! Enjoy an adult beverage in the warm sun for us while our snow still melts ;)
Sal - That needs to be photo of the month, I just burst out laughing looking at it :D
Hope the weather wasn't too bad yesterday when you headed out!
We're still looking at 10 - 20' waves and 30+ mph winds off Southern California on Monday.

18' with 37Kts sustained currently offshore Norcal.
But the water is "warm" at 55 degrees....:D

It was BRUTAL... the ship was five hours late leaving port... wind and waves like you wouldn't believe. :o
I couldn't help but hope that none of the long-range boats were heading uphill. :P
Not that it bothered me, though. Great food, slot machines, and best of all, the boat has news broadcasts on tv so this political junkie gets to watch the Iowans do their thing tonight! :D
Ahoy from the briny deep,
~

Have fun! Better you than me. I'd rather be in Hell with a broken back. Never been on one, never intend to.
As for tonite, I'm watching my Tar Heels demolish Louisville in 'b'ball (I hope).
I'm not going to get into politics until Fall. Then try to pick the "least worst".

Did you stop in Cabo San Lucas Friday?
Marc..
Back safe and sound (but FAT, ugh) from a week of deliberately low-key relaxation aboard RUBY PRINCESS. Never left the ship, preferring to read books in the quiet adults-only lounge while the mob went ashore to acquire overpriced souvenirs and horrific pink sunburns. Only saw one fish jump the entire time (somewhere east of Cedros) so my fishing obsession wasn't too badly tweaked. All in all, a welcome break. :)
Speaking of obsession... only sixteen and a half weeks till my ROYAL STAR 8-day... time's a-wastin', gotta get busy! :D
