A fishing mate of mine bought a second Truth SM reel, ordered online from the company in the USA for shipment by mail. After two month of waiting for the reel to arrive, he reported that his purchase never got to its destination in Cape Town. The mail here is not quite as reliable as in other parts of the world, though I've never had a problem like that.
Truth then proceeded to send him a replacement reel with no hassling, free of charge, by courier which was delivered here 3 days later.
Not often we get such great service and I felt that I would like to bring this to the attention of everyone on this forum.
Wow! That's impressive. Sets a very high bar for other companies to follow if only they were interested.
