Title: Shimano Triton 300/400 L/W reel parts
Post by: Haifisch on December 09, 2021, 12:07:14 AM
I have a sack full [8] of these reels to go through, one is missing a set plate screw, and one has a spoke broke off of the drag star.  Anyone have a source or have a parts/parts reel for a reasonable price? Uncommon reel, seems to be seriously obsolete, very few nos parts around for them. Only a few on eBay, with prices high enough to make me blink. These are the all black reels, aluminum frames, composite caps. Smooth Drag is sending new drags for them.
Part numbers, TRN0057 for star, TRN0063 for screw.

The little Tritons are very cool reels.
Unfortunately, they are relics in their own time.
You will have to use what you have to make the complete ones.
The time consuming task of trying to find those pieces is something I wouldn't tackle.

Wish I had some Shimano Stars to try on it. I guess the screw will be a measure thread and find similar...
