I have 15 of the new style 4/0 insert kits that will be ready to ship in a few days. These use a brass insert thats both harder and stronger than the old 304 stainless inserts, and the quality of the cut edges are far better. The thin metal washers have been changed to titanium, while the thick metal washer is still stainless, and the drag washers are still 1mm thick carbon fiber.
Price per kit is $42 plus shipping. First class shipping in the US will be $3.50, and Priority Mail will be $7.
Just reply here with how many kits you want, and I will PM you with payment info when the kits are ready to ship.

Yes, these kits for the 113H reels, and also fit other reels that use the 113H main gear and gear sleeve, like the Progear 545(and a few other models I cant name off the top of my head).

Well, my tumbler died last week, and Im stilling waiting on the replacement parts for it. Some of the components for this first batch still need to be tumbled, so I cant start shipping out kits until after its operational again. I expect to be shipping the first batch by next weekend, and I have another batch on order that should be ready to ship in about 2 weeks.

As of Tom, 40 sets have been spoken for so far. Ill have a final count of kits available when I get my order back from the cutter, but I think there will only be 2 kits available beyond whats already been reserved here.
Im packaging up the first batch tonight, and Ill start sending out invoices.
First round of invoices have been sent out. I picked up the second batch of parts today, and should have them ready to ship towards the end of next week. Invoices on the remaining requests will be sent out when the second batch is ready to ship.

I have tested one yesterday with great results. From 20lbs of very smooth drag one half turn of the drag star results in 30lbs. Another small turn gets to 35lbs. At that point my braid was digging in. The last few feet of braid was not tight on the spool.
I did have to touch up the last thick metal washer with a file. It fits super tight to the gear sleeve. As do all the other metal washers.

I do try to keep the cf washers in stock for all the sizes, as they are a wear item.
Here are the prices for the cf washer set:
113H - $10
114H/115 - $14
116+ - $18
The metal drag washers are also available, but I dont consider those a wear item. Occasionally extra washers are needed as shims to get the drag stack the correct height. Just message me if you need the metal washers.
Btw, the material came in today for the inserts for 113H and 114H/115 today. I hope to have kits ready within about 2 weeks.
