What is the best way to join Braid to mono this heavy that will still pass through my rollers?

Make a L2L connection using 200lb hollow spectra for the topshot.

if your 100lb braid is non-hollow tie a bimini twist or australian plait and then make a wind on for your top shot and then you'll have a L2L connection just like what keta suggested.
