Title: Looking for a thumb piece for a Bronson 900 spincaster
Post by: Miles Offshore on March 26, 2018, 09:30:26 PM
This reel was my dads, i think he use to do some freshwater fishing back in the day. Gave it to me in the 1960's and Ive had it ever since but never used it. I have never seen another one but thought maybe someone on here might know of or have one laying around. Seems to work well, Im going to clean it up and find and old rod and give it to my grandson in a couple years. Thanks , Craig

I am not familiar with your reel, but have been told that the thumb button from the Bronson 925 "Pilot" will fit the 900 also, in case someone has the 925 and not the 900.  Have also been told that the pinion on the 900 is nylon (durability?) whereas that on the 925 is metal; do not know if they interchange.
