two neoprene finger cloths used to protect the rod blank when placing it against objects such as ledges when rock fishing

electrical waterproof insulation tape wrapped around sections where scuffing could occur...

helps when carry your gaff see attachment option with a bungeee cord ;D

...sorry no pic, but it doesn't really need it.

use the elastic from your old boxer shorts or jocks to tie your rods together, stops the tips clashing about carrying in/out of rocks/beach.  of course that's once the are too holey to keep wearing.
