Title: Crockpot Wild Duck w/Sauerkraut

Wild duck (Mallards & Teal) in the crockpot with Sauerkraut.
Breast, season, brown (w/bacon&onion), crockpot (w/Sauerkraut&BrownSugar), serve over garlic mashed potatoes.

That looks good John, make sure the oil doesn't splash on your feet ;D.
I used to do a lot of that, mallards, pheasants, rabbits... but then I got married ::)

Just finished my duck dinner, and I must say it was quite delicious and satisfying.
