The collar was perfect Mark...We will go thru them quick as they don't freeze very well.

The big chunk is the yellowtail collar. Hamachi = yellowtail (more or less). I think, in Japan, hamachi is a small yellowtail. The Japanese have names for fish like Eskimos have names for snow!
