Hi guys
just want to know if the 501 jig master ever had 501 on the tail plate?? The one I have has a completely blank plate.

I have 6 501L with black side plates. None of them have a number on the tail plates and 4 of them are new in boxes. They were manufactured at different times because 2 have torpedo handles and the boxes are light brown. The others are in blue boxes. Years ago I had 2 that were dark red that had 501 on the handle side and 500 on the tail plate.

The one I have is dark red. I have seen others with 500 on the tail plate too. Thanks for your reply.
