How does a reel get like this? For an ARB to go so wrong the reel must have been dunked in saltwater and forgotten for a while. Such a reel seems beyond repair.
Time to press in new bearings.
Some people just run them hard until something breaks and then they wonder why..!
Bryan, it looks like the right side plate is so corroded it must be replaced. Removing these bearings and pressing in new ones seems like a challenge.

So, Joey, did it clean up and were you able to replace that bearing? I have a dx2 400 sitting next to me as I type this on the iPad.
