Anyone know where I can get an upgraded worm gear? And does anyone know the size of the worm gear bearings?

The worm gear is Abu part # 21689, I'm not clear on what you mean "upgraded"?
The worm gear bearing is 3x7x3 mm (Abu Part# 21705)
