Post by: Long Enuff on August 02, 2022, 01:34:58 PM
Baby back ribs on the Big Green Egg. Rubbed down with yellow mustard then dusted with Weber KC BBQ Rub. On the Egg at 225 degrees for 4.5 hours spritzing with apple juice every hour. After 4.5 hours, bump up the temp. to 275 and slather down with Sticky Fingers Memphis Style BBQ sauce cook another 30 minutes or so until the sauce sets up.  Pull, wrap in heavy duty foil and let rest in a towel lined cooler for another hour. Slice and enjoy.

Man i did ribs on my egg weekend before last, and did it poorly. Didn't give myself enough time and tried to do it in 3.5hrs total. Results were what one should expect from such a rushed attempt. Lesson learned.
