triumphrick has a fix. you narrow it to 7mm.

Hello Sir,

I saw the same fix as you did regarding the stripped shaft on an original Calcutta 700. I rethreaded the shaft and found a nut. The nut I have is larger outside and doesn't allow the nut keeper over it. Do you have a nut for purchase or a part number for a 7mm 1.00 nut that works? Thank You

sorry, i don't. i just ordered up a pack of 7mm hex nuts. when they arrive, i'll see if i can find a cap that works.
