Which way does this eccentric spring sit? With ears down towards body of reel...or out towards the world?

Don't have any pics of the 720 or 722 reels
Judging by the drawing, the ears point towards the lever.

No Steve, that one is different. Mo is showing a good closeup, that should help with the layout.
