Title: Old drag washers
Post by: Rancanfish on May 20, 2020, 02:30:24 PM
I have a Plano box where I throw old style drags when I change them out to Carbontex or HT100.

Do you guys just throw them away?  I have all types from brake shoe asbestos to leather.  I hate to throw stuff away.

Anybody want some original drags?  I could use the box for something else...

I remember Dom(broadway) saying he would take any leather Penn drags someone was throwing away.

I just throw them away unless they are new/clean leather drags that I keep if I have any reels coming in for refurbish to original as a collector piece.

Whew, that's one more thing I'm not hanging on to.  And tomorrow's garbage day.
