Mike, I personally believe that this reel can handle 15lb of drag with no problems, the 650SS has all brass gears...none of that cast aluminum crap of today's models. Hold on to that reel, they don't make them like they used to. Sal

Alan, the other day I was moving this picture to Mike's post, on the Penn 650SS and I deleted everyones replies as I was doing it. Is there a way to get them back? It's not a big deal, I just don't want it to happen again...if I can help it. Thank you! Sal
