Title: new torium 20 vs old torium 20
Post by: Swami805 on February 05, 2017, 04:33:33 AM
I'm looking for some advice on shimano toriums. Is the newer torium better than the old style ones? I'm sure the new ones have been around long enough where the real world problems would show up. I have the old style 20 and works well for 30lb just wondering if it's worth the extra 50 bucks for the newer version. Thanks Sheridan

I have the original version and added the DC dog and Carbontex drags. I'd put it against the new version. I'd be happy with the new version since they're narrower with the the left sideplate integrated into the frame.
