Post by: jonnou on July 24, 2014, 05:57:34 AM
I hope this hasnt been posted Before but thought you would all like to Know (if you didnt already)

I just upgraded a 600 h to a five washer drag using one factory eared (key 367-2701)
and one keyed (key 376-2602) and home cut washers 0.76mm times five original drag measured at 12mm and small change. the  new stack was 12.8  I retained the top keyed washer the fat one and all worked well. Very smooth almost no start up and produced a easy 12kgs almost 20kgs cranked down. Just need to double dog it now!!

Question How hard should you crank a star down. I have Popeye Forearms and strong sausage fingers.
can I damage the sleeve? :P :-\

Yes.
The sausage fingers can round that puppy off pretty easily. Just ask Doc.
