Post by: Clem on June 20, 2011, 12:05:35 PM
Hey Guys,

Just a quick plug for my mate Kieron back in NZ, he has been building custom rods for many years and I am fortunate to own a few...

www.reelrods.co.nz

I have a,

150 (5'6" CTS blank/Alps fittings - Acid wrap) attached to the PE3

300 (5'6" CTS Blank/Alps fittings - Acid Wrap) attached to the PE5N

2 Piece 50lb (8' CTS Blank/Alps fittings) stickbait/popper attached to the Stella

This color is called Golden Olive, few pics of the 350..It really is good gear

G'day Clem - kept meaning to say great rods and great post!
I've seen a handful of these over the years and they're absolutely top notch.
I saw one very similar to the 350 the other day, which reminded me of your post.
A mate's got a boat at Tutukaka, so I'm looking forward to chasing some kingies in your old neighbourhood next season!
Hope Dubai's treating you well.
All the best, Justin
