Title: spinfisher 3500v reel handle

jus bought a spinfisherv 3500 combo from bass pro, every once in a while the handle feels a bit hard to turn,it doesnt happen all the time.
does anyone know how i can fix this?
penn said i should mail it to them , but that means it will be gone for weeks,
any help would be get fellas

I'd start by taking the spool off to make sure the line or some kind of debrie isn't tangled up on the main shaft.  Barring that, I'd take it back and trad it in on a new one.  That reel is too expense to have any problems out of the box.  I have two of them and they were perfect.
