Title: Need to service a 6501 cs Ambassaduer

Hi Guys,

On a scale of 1 to 10 how hard will it be for a person with left thumbs to brake down and service this reel....and is there a tutorial on how to service this reel.

i will not rate how hard or how easy but check this 2 tutorials, ambassadeurs are very similar in design and engineering.

not at all and it's 3 tutorials not 2... ;) :D ;D  btw 6501 just cranks on the left side...

They are not that hard to work on.  If you do have problems someone here will help you.

I all ready had Sal help me out with some ss Penn spinners.." He's good"...but I guess I am gonna have to take the plunge and get with the program... even though everytime I have opened a reel I  feel like puking . ;D

There is not much you can do wrong on a 6501.
