Any Handle -- I'm using handles from the '60s till now. For the Jig Master Reels I like the 24-66

It is important to remember that a bunch of reel models, close to the majority of the star drags I'd wager if you did the math, manufactured by Penn have a similar gear sleeve and use the same handle. You have lots of options.

If you look at penn parts ( https://www.mysticparts.com/PennParts/Handles.aspx (https://www.mysticparts.com/PennParts/Handles.aspx) ) they have an extensive list of handles and what reels they fit.  You will be looking for Type [A] Bridge/Sleeve.

24-66 seems to have a good length on it, the power handle works well to.  an old handle with one of Alans reel handles mods is the bomb.
