Title: Shipping time by USPS First Class to Australia
Post by: Strewth on August 12, 2014, 11:17:51 PM
Anyone know who long it should take for a shipment to arrive from the US to Aus (Newcastle) using First Class mail (no tracking)? Ordered some TSI 321 and Corrosion X from Dawn three weeks ago and still no sign.

Thanks for the advice. Was getting concerned as my previous non-liquid orders have arrived much faster, 10-12 days typically.

Patience mate, it will get there. Having to wait up to 4 weeks is not that uncommon, but I have yet to have a parcel that has not made it.
Oil/liquids will unfortunately more than likely be closely scrutinised.
As Alan said......tomorrow!

Finally turned up after almost 5 weeks ::). Almost gave up. The TSI 321 is indeed very slick on SS bearings.

I'll be using the more expensive option with tracking the next time. First Class USPS items are impossible to locate in the Australian system, so you don't know where the problem is (or if there is one at all). EMS is my preferred option - has up to date tracking, goes to the local Post Office and is very fast.
