Wow - I got some nice Porgies on Friday Morning on the Atlantic Reefs

Some nice sized fish not far from port in Sheepshead bay

Perfect skillet sized fish...  Scale, gut & cook'em up!  ;)

Nice Ruben, one of my favorite, I usually leave the scales on when grilling, the skin will lift right off. I would then splash some olive oil with garlic, fresh parsley and lemon juice on the meat.

I can see that fish next to a tomato/feta/Kalamata salad and some restina wine. That's the blessing of our fishing habit, great eats!!! Opa!
