Here was a good fish we got this summer, in tee shirt weather.

Great fish.  I'd love to go halibut fishing.  Are they structurally the same as flounder, just bigger?  Do you save the belly strips for bait?  You'd get massive strips off one that big.

If you don't eat the Belly Flaps freeze them for Tile Fish Bait.
