I cant tell what that is, lol. Sorry.  Thanks for helping me though.

Is that part # 40b,c,d? on Scotts schematic? sorry not much help.

Edit:  Oh geez, I just looked at it with a magnifying glass.  That is the little buggers inside yes!  I couldn't see the white part at all.
