HI all and Holiday Greetings!!!

I have a narrow, Tiburon framed, 146 Penn Squidder. My problem is even with the bearing takeup screw cranked all the way in I still have some side play in the spool. If it can be shimmed what would be the correct way to do this or is there another alternative?

if i can get an address, i have a washer that can fit under the bearing. it should be adjustable, though.
