Title: 4/0 Special

I am converting original 3 stack to 5 stack ht-100 drags with ht-100 under main gear.  How much should this improve drag ratings?

5-10 lbs give or take. However, using greased ht100 washers will give you a smooth drag, without jerking.

That is the minimum upgrade that should always be performed on a Senator.
It is the most bang for the buck modification you can do. On my very first shark fishing trip. I witnessed this Bull Shark caught on a bone stock 4/0. They had to chase it around for a while in the Kayak to keep from getting spooled. but they pulled it off. ;)
