a couple of beers,bottle of bubbly,
chilli lamb chops,egg plant,succini,hash browns,
good company,just us 2,music,
life is good

this was on australia day,so elizabeth said
we wil have an aussie meal,lamb chops,good said i
well as a youngster id never heard of egg plant ,succini,
never heard of hash brown till i was 60 or something.
never had anything marinated,the meal was delicious
but i couldnt break her heart and say anything.
liz is 80yrs young next year,but the european
influence has never left her,came to oz when she was 19
so we had a aussie meal ;D

That meal looks fit for a King Wallace! It could have been Haggis! :o
You do something special for Liz when she turns 80 years young. She deserves a medal for putting up with you all these years! ;)

That plate of Lamb looks great but there is only one problem with it.

What did you Marinate the Lamb in. I'm not the only one I will bet.

here you go mike
2tbsp rosemary leaves
1 red chilli
1garlic clove
2 tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp olive oil
blend all together,pour over lamb chops,leave it overnight
or at least a couple of hours

I think that I will buy a Rack of Lamb, French it, Marinate & eat it all by my self.

Almost similar to mine Wallace, I use everything you've mentioned except the lemon,  I use Balsamic vinegar instead.
Very good buddy... you're spoiled.  ;)

That looks very tasty
I haven't had lamb in ages, gonna have to change that next week.
