Title: Tekota 700 parts

I have a Tekota 700 on the bench that was butchered by the last guy that "serviced" it. Anyone have a keyed drag washer (TGT0565) that they would sell or part with? The Shimano website shows them out of stock...

Wow, 9 parts out of stock on the Tekota 700, 5 with no ETA. Bummer. At least Penn and Abu parts are easy to get. ???

That reel isn't that old and you can't find parts :-\. Yeah, some of the penn reels from 80+ years ago look just like the reels of today. Not many companies have that.

same troubles in Europe. All Tekota parts out of stock....

but drag washer you can cut from cf sheet by hand. Use the old washer as template.

well, gave up waiting and made a washer out of a stainless washer I hand broached to fit it.  So far so good according to the happy owner... :-\

after 4 months, today I get an email that the parts are back in stock...
