Title: 113H - First Gen. Clicker
Post by: Marlinmate on February 16, 2015, 10:08:43 PM
Got a 113H (maroon Sideplates) that has a clicker that is peened on. This model also does not have a click spring that is replaceable.  I would need to replace the entire side plate. Either the click tongue is worn down or the ratchet on the spool is worn down cause when the clicker is engaged, it is very very faint.   not the CLICK that one likes to hear from a Senator.

Mysticparts.com has 2 options for the clicker...a short one and a longer one.   Would a longer one work?

Or...does anyone have an original maroon sideplate to spare?

You could grind the peen off the original clicker and replace it with this

If you're game enough, you could do as I did at the bottom of this page for the clicker spring

Not sure if that link will take you straight there, but look at the bottom of page 7.
